* One Year Hot Swap RMA Service.
* When you buy this service, Beatprice.com will provide hot-swap RMA service.
* The terms and procedures are as follows
* 1. When you need RMA service, do a RMA request under “customer care”.
* Indicates you purchase hot swap service. Beatprice.com will issues RMA number as as soon as possible, guarantee within 24 hours except weekend and holiday.
* (Regular RMA need 72 hours to issue a RMA number)
* 2. After you get RMA number, call RMA dept or E-mail a Valid credit card for credit withhold, so beatprice.com can proceed a hot swap exchange.(Regular RMA, we won't ship replacement time until we get the replacement from manufacturer.)
* 3. We will ship a replacement item by 2 days air without charge.
* (Regular RMA will ship to you by UPS GROUND--usually 5-7 days depending on the distance.)
* 4. We will ship you a new one from our warehouse. If the original product is discontinued or not available, we will ship a upgrade, compatible one.
* (Regular RMA need wait for the return from manufacturer – it take about 2-3 weeks .)
* 5. You need ship back the defective item within 3 days, e-mail us the UPS tracking number for the item returned, otherwise your card will be charged for the item we ship to you.
* 6. Maximum, Twice hot swap services allowed for each item.
* 7. This service must purchase within each order and only good for that order.
